After careful planning and execution, our partners Gelderman Landscape Services helped these Oakville homeowners create a gorgeous patio featuring their custom pergola.

The homeowners desired a beautiful but functional space where family and friends can relax and enjoy the outdoors. The all-inclusive backyard includes outdoor dining, lounge space, and an area for the BBQ.

The well-designed wooden pergola with inset posts, help separate the dining from the living space. In addition, the inset deck material under the pergola further defines the lounging space.

The team at Gelderman has a well-established six-step design and build process, which incorporated ShadeFX from the outset. For the two-tiered pergola, ShadeFX specified a 14’x14’ motorized retractable canopy. Sunbrella Natural was chosen for the canopy fabric to match the dining chair cushions and flowering Hydrangeas.
