We kick off the process with a phone consultation with one of our Product Specialists who will work with you to conceptualize the best ShadeFX solution for your outdoor space.
Preliminary Needs Assessment
Whether your outdoor space is on the drawing board or nearly complete, our team will work with you, your architect, designer, or contractor to assess your needs and advise on the right ShadeFX solution based on your budget.
Conceptual Design And Proposal
Based on your needs, your ShadeFX Product Specialist will help define your project requirements. At the end of this phase you will be provided a project proposal with cost estimate.
02. DESIGN & ORDER
Let the fun begin by selecting from hundreds of design options to customize your ShadeFX retractable canopies, outdoor structures and accessories.
Specs & Order
Your Product Specialist will work on specifying products, helping you with sizing, customizations and options selection. If exact site dimensions are unavailable, a site assessment and measure may be required.
Order Acknowledgement
At the end of this phase you be provided an order acknowledgement with order details and cost breakdown for your approval. Once accepted and initial deposit received, we can begin the Build Phase.
03. BUILD & SITE PREP
Your ShadeFX products are built in our factory to your exact specifications and delivered to your site ready to install.
Factory Build
ShadeFX retractable canopies and outdoor structures are designed and built in our factories to your exact specifications and are shipped ready to install with no onsite fabrication required. Because of this, your outdoor space can be installed in less time and with minimal disruption compared to traditional solutions that require on site construction.
Site Prep
While your ShadeFX retractable canopies and outdoor structures (where required) are being built in our factory, our team works with you or your local contractor to ready the site for installation.
