Introducing High Tide, a waterfront restaurant located at Brooklyn’s iconic Fulton Ferry Landing. Nestled at 1 Water Street, adjacent to Old Fulton Street, High Tide elevates the dining experience by offering a truly immersive atmosphere. The restaurant features a seasonal outdoor bar that provides unparalleled views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the city’s skyline.

Guests have the opportunity to savor a diverse selection of cuisine, accompanied by a curated list of cocktails, wines, and beers, all while enjoying the stunning backdrop. Given that the venue operates only during New York City’s patio-friendly months, it was imperative to address the need for effective sun and rain protection during the summer season.

To resolve this challenge, High Tide engaged ShadeFX to engineer a robust outdoor shading solution. ShadeFX manufactured four 18’x18′ commercial-grade aluminum structures, equipped with motorized retractable canopies. This complete solution ensures patrons can enjoy their time at High Tide, come rain or shine. The canopies, made with Sunbrella Beaufort fabric in yellow and white, serve the dual purpose of providing light rain protection and enhancing the venue’s aesthetic appeal. Moreover, the incorporation of middle-section gutters enhances the functionality of these structures.
