Complimenting the design, Stone and Associates added a modern white pergola to the rooftop deck. The fire feature and comfortable lounging area are covered with a custom 18’ x 16’ manual retractable shade. An elegant Phifer Shearweave canopy matches the minimalist décor offering sun and rain protection. The overall design uses architecture matching the main home, styled with soft accents. Furthermore, the combination of white and modern furniture creates a resort-like sun deck.
