This casual-chic waterfront hideaway utilized the talents of Keller, Inc. to become a year-round entertainment facility with a full-service restaurant and bar, hosting over 80 free events annually.

Keller is a single-source design/build company that combines planners, architects and builders to produce one complete project. The talented team transformed The Wharf Manitowoc from shipping containers into a multipurpose property serving as an event rental space where customers can host anything from corporate dinners and private parties to weddings.

The completed redesign includes an almost 3,500 sq. ft. outdoor area covered by eight 24’x18’ motorized retractable roofs with gutters. The waterproof and fire-retardant Ferrari Boulder fabric was chosen to complement the attached metal structure, while the components were powder-coated Traffic Black.

The weather-proof coverage allows The Wharf to host events on its large patio, rain or shine, without worrying about the weather. At a push of a button, the roofs can be extended or retracted for full protection or open skies.
